The Fault in Our Stars!

Hey Girls!

Ever heard of a super, popular book called 'The Fault in Our Stars'? Who didn't?! The book is soooo trendy, that they're even making a movie about it! Anyways, the post I'm writing today is one of my besties :)

Why, you might ask? 'Cause it's a competition :D

See this bookmark here? You can win it! Yet, of course, you'll have to compete to get it.
All you have to do is, guess......

But there's a catch, unlike my older post (Grab the Butterfly) I'm not giving you any options.
You have to comment in the comment box. (One number per comment) If you don't have a Google account, please leave your name under your comment :D

Good Luck!

PS: This competition is only for my class and the person who gives the closest number to the answer.....wins!

Seven Kings

Hey Girls!

I was just looking through my poem book and thought you could read one of my fav.
Here it is!

SEVEN KINGS

Seven kings sit high on their thrones,
All brothers, united, and never alone,
And when war rises,
They rise together,

They will win, they know,
For when they attack their foe,
They attack together,
Whether it will be the last task they’ll ever have,
To be loving, fierce and hope for the last laugh,
Of their enemies shriek turning solemnly low,
For the foe
Had been defeated,
But the people cried in woe,

For their kings had passed away.
Leaving them nothing but an empty shade,
which were once seven countries, strong and powerful,
and this is what they say,

‘ The bloodline of our kings have washed away,
filling us with grief and we shall remember these days,
The days of seven funerals,
in the first week of May,
The days our beloved kings will stay underground with nothing more to say,
there will be no seven countries from now on,
there will be no food, no water, oh what has life done!
But we shall not fear, never will we flee,
for our kings rose together and so shall we.’

I hope you girls liked it!

The Blood Of Olympus

Hey Girls!

I've read lots of books nowadays but one of the books that Ishendri and I've been dying to read is 'The Blood Of Olympus'. It's the fifth and last book in the 'Heroes Of Olympus' series (mentioned in the post 'A Monstrous Day'), so it should be the best book by Rick Riordan. It's a pity he said that it's his last book in the series because all of his work is sooooo well-written and amazingly described.

So when I read the book, I'll be sure to give an awesome review about it!

Thanx for reading B-)

Quilling a Fairy

Hi people!

It's such a loooooong time since I've written a post. I know I say that a lot, but this time I mean it!
But don't worry! I've got something u girls are gonna love. I've started to Quill! Don't know what it means?
Well, it's pretty long to describe......but it's just twisting and turning long strips of paper into something truly amazing.

Anyway, I like to quill different things, but one of the things I've adored to quill........... was a fairy.

At first, I wanted to quill an angel, but I didn't have the colour 'white' for the wings. I still think it looks pretty good.

Here's a few other things, I've made!

Thanx for reading!

Hamlet-Book Review

Hey girls!

I've read an amazing play named 'Hamlet' by William Shakespeare. It is one of his most famous plays and is about Prince Hamlet's revenge for his father's death. His uncle murdered Hamlet's father to take over his throne and marry Hamlet's mother.

The play includes remarkable elements like love, hatred and revenge. For example, the words: 'One may smile, and smile, and be a villain.' express Hamlet's hatred towards his uncle. Also his dislike for his mother's marriage to his uncle is well described when he says: ' The funeral baked meat did coldly furnished forth the marriage table.'

Overall, I found this play an unstoppable read. The ending was tragic yet unexpected. The play will keep your eyes glued to the page.

Thanx for reading!

Minion Rush

Hi Girls!

Ever played a truly awesome game called 'Minion Rush'? Who didn't?! This game is based on the 'Despicable Me' and 'Despicable Me 2' movies. The only difference between the game and the movies is that it isn't about Gru or his daughters. It's just about the minions. The minions are pretty adorable and hilarious. Their jokes really crack me up.

Anyway, the game makes you use your mind. You know, while jumping over obstacles, beating Vector in a challenge, sliding under El Macho's statues and soaring into the Minion Launcher in the Minion Beach. If you don't know what it means, you should play the game right away!

The First Day of School!

Hey girls!!!

Today was the first day of school. It was great :) I was so excited to meet all my friends and teachers in the new building. The classes are clean and big. I am sitting with Khadeeja and Ishendri :) Oh! That reminds  me, Ishendri gave me an invitation to her birthday party! All my friends are gonna be there:)
Did I tell you how my teachers are? Well I did not meet all of them today, but I'm happy that our English teacher is so cool!!! We stayed in class for break because our gym was selling books and uniforms.

I guess today was pretty fun and tomorrow is gonna be even better!!!
XOXO

Happy Blogoversary, FabDania!!!

Hey people!!!

As you can tell from the post title, it's my first BLOGOVERSARY!!!!! It's really exciting and I couldn't believe that it was today :) I hope you enjoy the rest of your holidays.

XOXO

PS: This year I've posted 27 posts ( including this one)!!!!

Subway Surf

Hey girls, Today I'm writing review about a great game which you can't stop playing. The good thing about this game is its free downloadable!!!

Subway Surf

The game is full of fun and very addicting. At first, your character (you can change it later) is spray painting a train, which is not allowed and the Inspector catches you so you must run away by jumping over trains and trying not to be caught. In the end you will have a high score and must keep playing and try to break it. I would give five stars :)

Love The Lollies!!!

Hey everybody!!!

How are you? It's really hot these days, so to cool down, I made some Ice Lollies!!! It was fun:)

Anyway, here are some pics I took of the goodies and don't they look delicious???

I made many,  about 12, but when I got the idea of taking pics, 9 were gone :(
If you want these lollies you can make them too!! Just make juice, put some kiwi and cherry pieces to add a little magic. Then, pour it in the lolly mould and there you have it!!!! (Don't forget to freeze it!!)

xoxo

A Monstrous Day
